Engineer Your Best Self: How to Discover Your Core Values
SWEI-CI, in partnership with Women in Transportation Seminar (WTS), Women & Hi Tech (W&HT), and Indy Women in Tech (IndyWIT), hosted a professional development event with a speaker from BestSelf Co. on identifying, exercising, and living into each individual's core values.
Attendees learned the importance of maintaining their core values across both personal and professional settings. This was especially important as COVID led many of us to struggle with finding meaning either at work or in our personal lives. Attendees worked through activities and shared perspectives on their own core values. Each attendee left the event with a copy of BestSelf's new Core Values journal to continue exploring what opportunities will be most fulfilling for each individual based on their Core Values.
